Vision
I have found that honesty, integrity, and a positive customer experience is what's lacking in the automotive repair field. I've had my own experiences with shops where I simply feel like a number on a board. The whole experience feels cold, rushed, and lacks a personal touch. Deadlines are often missed. That Tuesday completion date somehow turns into Friday. You pickup your vehicle without even an acknowledgement of the missed deadline, and you're sent directly to the payment counter.
Don't accept subpar service. I will always communicate and keep you in the loop throughout the repair process. I take pictures and videos of issues, so that you're able to clearly see the condition of your vehicle. I'll take my time with your vehicle and concerns. Know exactly what you're paying for through accurate and detailed estimates, invoices, and receipts. I want you to come away from each service wondering why you ever drove halfway across town to that other shop.
Convenience
Let me save you time, money, and headaches by coming to you. The concept of a mobile mechanic is not a new one. The vast majority of vehicle repairs can be performed in a driveway. You don't have to tow it anywhere, or waste time sitting in a waiting room. Maintenance items can quickly be taken care of. You may even find that your repair bill is much lower due to the fact that I don't have 10-20 employees to support. At minimum, you'll always find a more personal experience by choosing me to help with your vehicle needs.
